Josh Noble

Retention and lifecycle marketing leader

I run lifecycle marketing, and I build the AI tools that make it faster.

I lead retention for DTC, membership and subscription brands, and I use AI in production work, not just in demos: connecting live product data to Claude so analysis takes hours instead of weeks, and building the internal tools my teams need with Claude Code.

How I use AI

Practical, in the work itself

Self-serve analysis, same day

At Gardyn I connected device-level product data to Claude through MCP, so the team could run cohort and feature-usage analysis themselves. Turnaround went from days or weeks to same-day.

Tools built around real workflow problems

Journey Map documents lifecycle flows the way Klaviyo structures them. goodform reviews creative against a team's own style sheet. Both were built with Claude Code, from problems I hit running lifecycle teams.

AI drafts, rules and tests decide

The tools apply rules and brand guides a person defines, and ask clarifying questions rather than inventing facts. Impact is still proven the way it always was: holdouts and incrementality testing.

Live demos

Two tools I built, ready to try

Each demo runs in your browser with sample data, so there's nothing to sign up for and nothing is saved. In the goodform demo the AI responses are pre-written; the real app calls Claude.

goodform

Collaborative creative review for modern marketers.

Checks emails, landing pages, texts and direct mail against a brand's own weighted style sheet and brand guides. Keeps an inspiration library (with a Chrome extension that captures any page in one click), and drafts creative briefs, asking clarifying questions when the context is thin.

Journey Map

Map lifecycle journeys and share them with people outside the team.

Lays out a flow day by day across email, SMS, push, direct mail and paid, with triggers, delays and splits, previews in each channel, A/B variants and version history. Share a read-only link with anyone.

The day job

The results behind the tools

AI is how I work faster. The goal is still retention and revenue.

+20%
6-month member retention, with membership repositioned around clear benefits Gardyn
35%
of non-member buyers converted to members by the first post-purchase upsell path, from a zero baseline Gardyn
~$190K
in annual renewal revenue recovered with decline-aware payment retries Public Goods
$125K
net-new monthly revenue at 15x ROI from a reengagement program built from scratch Sword Health

Let's talk

I'm looking for a retention or lifecycle leadership role at a team that works with AI the way I do. The best way to reach me is LinkedIn.
